Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Stripe account to DunnAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using DunnAI on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Description of Service

DunnAI (“the Service”) automatically recovers failed Stripe payments through intelligent retry scheduling and personalized recovery emails sent to your customers on your behalf. DunnAI acts as a data processor on your behalf and does not independently control or initiate payment charges.

3. Pricing and Billing

  • The Service is free until DunnAI recovers $49 or more on your behalf.
  • Upon reaching $49 in recovered revenue, a $49/month subscription is automatically initiated via Stripe.
  • Billing continues monthly until you cancel.
  • No setup fees or hidden charges.

4. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No cancellation fees.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Account data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Your Stripe API Key

  • You grant DunnAI read access to your Stripe account for the purpose of detecting failed payments and scheduling retries.
  • DunnAI cannot move, transfer, or initiate new charges on your behalf.
  • Your API key is encrypted with AES-256 and never stored or logged in plain text.
  • You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Stripe account.

6. Emails Sent on Your Behalf

  • DunnAI sends recovery emails to your customers using your configured sender name and branding.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of DunnAI complies with applicable email regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR) in your jurisdiction.
  • You represent that you have a legitimate basis to contact the customers whose email addresses are processed through DunnAI.

7. No Guarantee

DunnAI optimizes payment recovery using industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific recovery rates or amounts. Recovery success depends on factors outside our control, including customer banking status, card issuer decisions, and customer responsiveness.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DunnAI to:

  • Process payments for illegal goods or services
  • Violate Stripe's own Terms of Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Service

9. Intellectual Property

DunnAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KozaWings Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DunnAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Naha, Japan.
